Sorry for all of you that visited the site and nothing new was there. I have several problems with my own company (Station 75) – now it’s backing to normal. I hope I start to blog again in the next week.

A little test with sIBL Loader for Cinema 4D and DeGamma plugin (models from scifi3d.com and sound from audiojungle.net).

Very great news! Steve Pedler made sIBL Loader for Cinema 4D (here comes the link to his website – http://www.microbion.co.uk/graphics/c4d/sIBLLoader.htm )- if you don’t know sIBL – look at this site: http://www.hdrlabs.com/sibl/index.html and some addons for that: http://www.hdrlabs.com/sibl/archive.html

That plugin allow you to make a very realistic renders in easy way. You choose one setup for you scene – you can download them from site above and it’s done! Here is sample how you can use it:

I put sphere into scene, add cloner and random effector. Make new material – add Real Fresnel in the reflection channel and mograph color shader into color channel. After that I used sIBL loader and choose Helipad Afternoon preset. And of course I pressed Render button.
